This role is for a property maintenance business delivering refurbishment, maintenance and upgrade services.
About the role
The role combines account management and business development, with responsibility for customer relationships, quotations, pipeline activity and service delivery coordination. You will manage existing accounts, identify opportunities to grow revenue and work with internal teams so clients receive a strong service across refurbishment, reactive maintenance, planned maintenance, roofing and property upgrade work. The hybrid model gives a balance of office collaboration and home-based focus time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts
- Build long-term client relationships
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Respond to enquiries and prepare quotations
- Generate new business through networking and prospecting
- Hold client meetings virtually and face to face
- Work with internal teams to maintain service quality
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and agreed targets
Candidate profile
- Account management, business development or sales experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to opportunities
- Confident negotiation and presentation ability
- Organised and self-motivated across multiple accounts
- Property maintenance, construction or facilities management experience is advantageous
