The role is hands-on production work for someone reliable, eager to learn and comfortable contributing to a shift-based manufacturing team. You will help set up and operate machinery, maintain output and quality standards and work with colleagues to keep production running efficiently overnight. Candidate profile
- Strong timekeeping and attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and listening skills
- Manufacturing or production experience is desirable
- Factory health and safety knowledge is desirable
- Basic IT skills or willingness to develop computer literacy
